Description The heartwood of Mutenye is pale yellowish brown to medium brown with a reddish cast and gray-black stripes. Its grain is often wavy and interlocked. The combination of grain and black veining gives the wood a very attractive appearance. Colour is brownish yellow to brown. It has lively pattern with varying colours.
